At Mind Work Solution, we view transformation as both a science and an art the science of measurable growth, and the art of developing people who can sustain it. Our organization was founded on one principle: that human capital is the greatest asset in any economy, and that when empowered through the right systems, strategy, and mindset, it creates exponential business value.
My professional journey has been shaped by diverse and interconnected industries, each one sharpening my understanding of how organizations truly grow. I began my career as a Financial Advisor at one of Egypt’s leading financial service corporations, where I gained deep insights into financial modeling, capital allocation, and ROI optimization. From there, I transitioned into the tourism and hospitality industry as a Tour Director in one of the region’s most reputable travel companies, mastering the dynamics of customer experience, global operations, and cross-cultural management.
This multidimensional foundation led me into the educational and training field, where I discovered the transformative link between learning and performance. I spent years teaching Business, Economics, and Psychology to American Diploma high-school students and later to university students, shaping the next generation of leaders with analytical, entrepreneurial, and strategic mindsets. My work expanded into educational consultancy for top international schools in Egypt, helping them redesign curricula, optimize teaching frameworks, and elevate academic standards.
Parallel to my academic pursuits, I completed advanced degrees in Marketing, Branding, and Strategic Management with a specialization in Brand Development and Market Identity. These studies became the cornerstone of my professional philosophy: that a brand is not just a logo or message; it is the sum of every experience an organization creates internally and externally.
Beyond academia, I have served as a Business Development Manager for several marketing agencies and training firms, leading growth initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share across multiple sectors including education, real estate, FMCG, and professional services. My consulting work has focused on enabling companies to achieve operational efficiency, economies of scale, sustainable profitability, and long-term brand equity through data-driven business models.
Today, as Chairman of Mind Work Solution, my vision is to establish our company as a regional and global benchmark in the training and development sector integrating business psychology, strategic growth frameworks, and evidence-based learning methodologies. We aim to scale our impact across corporate ecosystems by aligning talent development with measurable business outcomes.

With years of experience across the educational field, media, and organizational development, having witnessed firsthand how learning, when properly designed and executed, becomes the most powerful engine of growth. My professional journey has taken me through the worlds of teaching young learners and adults, producing journalistic work and short documentaries, and building educational frameworks that turn ideas into measurable performance. Each experience shaped my conviction that the return on investment in human capital is the highest return any business can achieve.
